Wedding Day Coordination

As soon as you have your date and venue booked, you can book us in for wedding day coordination. From there, we'll contact you 12 weeks prior get the contact information about the suppliers and will be in touch regularly to update you with the morning itinerary.

  • Venue sourcing, arranging appointments, getting quotes and attendance (if required)

  • Supplier sourcing, arranging appointments, getting quotes and negotiation​

This package allows you to pick suppliers whose work you love, and we'll do the rest. All you have to do is pick from a list of quotes and we'll pick it back up from there. All supplier payments are made directly from yourselves to them.

  • Seating plan management

  • Budget & guest list tracker

  • Wedding day plan and timetable

  • Unlimited communication during normal business hours, weekend responses within the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding day.

It's best to get in touch with us as soon as you're ready to start looking for venues and booking a date. This ensures we're able to be with you from the get go, and ease the wedding planning process!
